In the schlaeger "racing team," apprentices take on a lot of responsibility early on and are integrated into the production team, giving them the opportunity to learn and solidify everything they need for their future careers at their own pace under the guidance of experienced professionals. As part of a combined training program, we also offer external technical courses at TBB - Technische Berufsbildung Bayreuth GmbH. Here, they receive technical training and are prepared for the working world with additional courses.

As a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), there is plenty of "action." With their interdisciplinary work and mechanical, electrical, and electronic know-how, mechatronics technicians are the go-to people for our highly automated production lines.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:

Learning the basics in metalworking, electronics, electrical engineering, programming, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Creating workpieces (manually and mechanically)
