YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Providing personal and telephone advice to our customers in the areas of spare parts, repair acceptance, and sales * Processing orders for spare and wear parts YOUR PROFILE * Completed commercial or technical training, such as retail salesperson or service technician * Good computer skills (digitalized work processes) * Sales experience * Experience in repairs
