Description

The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group.

This includes selecting, providing, operating, and developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications.

In order to support the business processes of various departments with IT solutions, Schwarz IT consults with these departments to develop professional and efficient IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include working with our team to implement international IT projects for our clients in the marketing department.

Together with your colleagues, you will oversee the implementation of new IT solutions for digitalizing marketing content production, collaboration, and project management.

You will evaluate concepts and requirements from the business teams and determine the necessary resources and costs for implementation.

As a technical project leader, you will ensure communication between the IT department, external IT service providers, and international and national departments within the marketing department.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of trade marketing processes, particularly in content procurement and production.

You should also be familiar with PIM, MAM, CMS, and MRM systems used in content creation and management.

Ideally, you have a degree in an IT-related field or have experience working in the IT department of a marketing agency or within a marketing department.

Experience with agile project management methods and the ability to control timelines, budgets, and quality are also important.

You should have a good understanding of systems, technical infrastructure, and software applications, and be fluent in German with excellent written and spoken English skills.
