    Team Leader Maintenance

    To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

    • Communicate and promote departmental goals.
    • Train new and existing associates to keep them up to date on new products, policies, and procedures.
    • Acts as a role model; motivate associates to do a good job and always maintain a positive attitude.
    • Assign work orders to be completed daily.
    • Prepare requisitions and make arrangements as required to assure availability of all needed materials, parts, supplies, tools and equipment for each in-process job or project assigned.
    This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.


    Required experience:

    • High School Diploma; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5-7 years of experience leading a team
    • 5-7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
