We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our mission of matching exceptional healthcare talent with the facilities that need them.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our nurse staffing services as well as our employment agency services.
  • Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Recruit potential students for enrollment.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, making datadriven improvements.
  • Collaborate with our team to create compelling and informative healthcarerelated content.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and healthcare news to inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in healthcare & education marketing and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with healthcare & education industry trends and terminology.
  • Strong skills in creating and managing content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet goals and deadlines.

Pay:
$30, $55,000.00 per year
