    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Support Technician at PGH Networks located in Pittsburgh, PA. The Field Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and computer repair services at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring desktop computers, and ensuring smooth operation of technology systems. The Field Support Technician will also collaborate with other team members to implement new solutions and enhancements.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in field support, technical support, and troubleshooting
    • Proficiency in desktop computer setup and configuration
    • Knowledge of computer repair techniques
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Relevant certifications or technical degrees are beneficial
