- Support timelines, follow-up and track requests with proper individuals as needed to deliver tasks against timeline
- Work closely with all Lifetime Brands support teams including Graphics, Photography, Design, Planning, Data Entry, Etc.
- Work closely with overseas merchandising team
- Collect and submit all supporting data for both internal (PDS/SAP) and external item set ups (Customer Specific Forms)
- Ship, Track and Coordinate samples for various needs including Customer Meetings, Showroom, Annual IHA Show, PR and Social Media
- Create marketing content for customer presentations
- Monitor category competition through Brick and Mortar and Ecommerce research
- Maintain Stock and Showroom areas
