    Description

    Position Overview

    The Global ABM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing account-based marketing strategies on a global scale. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and target both net new and existing high-value accounts, create personalized marketing campaigns, and measure the impact on acquisition, revenue, and business growth.

    Responsibilities and Deliverables1. Account-Based Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with Intelex's overall business objectives.
    • Identify key accounts for expansion opportunities and net new business acquisition.
    • Leverage intent data to identify accounts showing active buying signals and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
    • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing efforts with account goals and objectives.

    2. Customer Expansion Initiatives:

    • Create targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts. Use intent data to prioritize accounts displaying interest in additional products or services, facilitating targeted outreach for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Develop personalized content and messaging to engage with key customers and decision-makers within target accounts, including customer advocacy and customer success stories.

    3. Net New Business Acquisition:

    • Leverage intent data to identify and prioritize accounts in the market for EHSQ management software, enabling more effective targeting of net new business prospects.
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting accounts displaying relevant buying signals, using intent-based advertising and content syndication strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to incorporate intent data into lead scoring and qualification processes, ensuring a focus on high-value prospects with active purchase intent.

    4. Performance Measurement and Optimization:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of account-based marketing initiatives.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to collaborators, including senior management, on the impact of account-based marketing efforts.

    Organizational alignment

    • This role reports directly into the VP, Demand Gen and Field Marketing

    Qualifications

    SKILLS & WORK TRAITS

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or experience.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in account-based marketing, customer expansion, or related roles, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
    • Demonstrated experience using intent data and account-based marketing tactics to drive customer expansion and net new business acquisition.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and influence.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools, with a data-driven approach to campaign creation and optimization.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize multiple projects.

    Fortive9:

    • Customer Obsessed: Regularly goes to gemba to understand customer needs and experience and creates marketing campaigns to meet those needs.
    • Lead with FBS: Ensure regular conducing and sharing of Voice of Customer to help inform and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.

    Technical Competencies

    REQUIRED:

    • Several years of experience in ABM, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
    • Ability to work with marketing analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and generate insights
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools to create meaningful reports and dashboards

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or experience
