About the Role:

This role is a hybrid position, alternating between creating and maintaining web applications written in React as well as creating and maintaining data integrations primarily in SQL Server Integration Services.

The team's web applications are typically internally facing, though there are external facing applications as well.

The integrations created/supported by this team include moving data between internal systems as well as business to business transfers, some requiring complex extract, transform and load processes prior to moving.

A small, but important responsibility of this role is to complete support work via our ServiceNow queue to support our products for our customers.

This position would be a remote position with travel to our corporate office in Lafayette, IN once every 2 months.

ur Responsibilities:
Translates business systems designs into appropriate technical solutions that may be implemented as a software development or systems integration efforts
Assesses feasibility for requested systems changes and enhancements and provides estimates of the effort required to make such changes and enhancements
Creates new software applications/integrations as well as maintain/enhance existing products
Automates application testing/deployment using DevOps tools and best practices
Be an active representative of the team by collaborating in daily Scrum meetings, including a willingness to highlight completed work each sprint
Participates in resolving customer reported problems by addressing assigned Service Now incidents in a timely manner

Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer and Information Technology with a plan of study focusing on software development or systems integration and 1-3 years of experience.

Experience developing applications, specifically using Microsoft C# .net and Javascript, specifically using React
Experience utilizing data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, CSV
Experience building and consuming web-based APIs, ideally using or Azure functions
Experience with relational databases, ideally SQL Server as well as writing SQL queries
Experience with SQL Server Integration Services, Logic Apps or other integration tools for facilitating Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) operations
Experience implementing application, data and business to business integrations
Experience using source code repositories such as Git and DevOps pipelines for CI/CD operations
