    Description

    Our client is a large independent advisory, tax and audit firm based in north Indianapolis, IN. They are looking for a client-facing Principal Software Engineer to lead the team in developing cutting-edge web applications, conceptualize and deploy robust cloud architectures, and drive AI and Client innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and architecture of state-of-the-art web applications using contemporary frameworks and languages.
    • Design and implement resilient and scalable cloud architectures, driving the entire application development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
    • Conceptualize, and deploy cloud technology strategies to enhance application performance, focusing on scalable solutions.
    • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, specifically AI and Client
    Qualifications
    • Demonstrable experience in software engineering
    • Expertise in modern web technologies, particularly JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 2+, , with C# familiarity as a plus.
    • Experience in architecting and developing large-scale, high-performance B2B web applications and APIs.
    • Experience in leveraging cloud platforms for the creation of resilient, scalable solutions.
    • n innovative mindset demonstrated through previous R&D achievements, especially in applying generative AI and computer vision technologies to solve real-world problems.
    • Experience or familiarity with machine learning technologies and its application in the public accounting space.
    • Continuously motivated to learn and apply the latest technological advancements.
    • Exhibits strong leadership qualities, guiding teams towards achieving high standards.
    • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to systematically approach and solve issues.
    • Capable of understanding and translating non-technical requirements into clear, technically feasible solutions.
