We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on developing API's, Application UI/UX, middleware and backend and demonstrated ability to be part of Agile team structure to deliver technical solutions in Workforce Planning, Hiring and Transitions Function.

What You'll Do

Architect, design, test and deliver system software to satisfy product requirements.
Work with various multi-functional groups such as business, other development teams, QA, and documentation
Lead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions and designs
Be an active member for agile team and participate in agile rituals.
Follow engineering standard processes with code reviews, CI/CD pipeline based deployments, documentation, and test-driven development.

Strong background in software design and architecture and complete agile development lifecycle.
Hands-on development experience with multiple languages, especially, Java, Spring boot, Angular/React JS, Thymeleaf, GoLang and databases Oracle and Postgres
Experience with OpenStack, Openshift, Opensource libraries, and monitoring tools in Cloud native development

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ Years of experience in Full Stack software development
Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent
6+ years of experience in software design, and application development
4+ years of experience developing applications based on Microservice architecture and API development
Experience developing in a CI/CD, DevOps model with full knowledge of Jenkins, GIT, is required

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI and ML technologies
Experience in HR Domain/Technology
