    What We Are Looking For:

    is seeking a dynamic, high-performing product manager, to lead the development of its New Construction content pages and search experience.

    This position will serve as a liaison between the research team, which curates the write ups and media for the pages, and the development team, to ensure delivery timelines are being met.

    The New Construction search and detail page will be critical in driving organic traffic to by providing consumers with a best-in-class overview of the new home communities and listings, featuring write ups, professional photography, and a narrated video.

    This position will be responsible for delivering the product vision of the new home search experience, offering a best-in-class nationwide new construction search.

    This position is located in Washington, DC and offers the following hybrid schedule option:


    • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
    Responsibilities


    • Shape & manage the product roadmap for
    • Drive feature development from start to finish, this includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.
    • Influence and manage the product roadmap for the product area that you manage
    • Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements.
    • Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy
    Basic Qualifications


    • 5+ years of digital Product Management or Marketing experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
    • Experience managing development of digital content products for both web and mobile
    • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs
    • Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
    • A track record of commitment to prior employers.
    • Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows
    • Homebuilding domain knowledge
    Preferred Qualifications And Skills


    • 7+ years of digital Product Management or Marketing experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
    • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics
    • A plus if you have worked on native iOS & Android apps
