Expand your career into the custom home building industry as a Sales Associate with Classic Homes of Maryland. We are an award winning design-build home builder with over 35 years of experience. We're looking for new home sales professionals to be a part of our growing sales team.

Our business model, background and marketing efforts attract a wide variety of customers. Clientele include international investors, doctors, lawyers and area business owners. Available models range from colonial to modern farmhouse to luxury estate homes.


The Sales Associate will assist the
Vice President in the organization and follow up of leads, communicating with clients, and contract follow through.

  • Minimum of 3 years of home sales experience or other industry related work.
  • Previous experience with customer interactions.
  • Highly professional and excellent presentation and communication skills required.
  • Interested in fulltime work and a longterm career with a growing company.


  • Software

  • Google Suite and CRM experience.

Classic Homes Sales Team:


  • Family owned and operated business for over 35 years
  • Work with a wide variety of interesting clients
  • Learn the onyourlot building process from design to site work, to construction and home delivery
  • Customizable house types range from 3,000 sq ft arts and crafts style homes to 10,000 sq ft estate homes
  • 3weeks paid vacation, health insurance, yearend bonuses

Essential Sales Associate responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining an up-to-date prospect list in Zoho (CRM).
  • Contacting prospects to prequalify and set up meetings for the Vice President.
  • Report weekly on lead for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Overseeing contract administrations, including preparing and reviewing documents.

$50, $65,000.00 per year
