Training Precision Tool Mechanic (m/f/d) / Specialization in Machining Tools

The three-year training takes place according to the dual system, i.e. in the training company and in the responsible vocational school. With the background knowledge of production processes and company connections, industrial clerks deal with commercial and business tasks in the company.
You will also learn how to use all relevant programs and systems for this.
You will go through all important departments such as sales, purchasing, accounting, marketing, production and logistics, so that you will be taught all necessary knowledge and skills during your training.
In the sales department, for example, you will learn all processes from customer inquiries to order processing and often have contact with customers and field staff.

Profile:

Intermediate school leaving certificate, high school diploma
- good verbal expression, computer skills
- good knowledge of English
- basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- ability to work in a team, independence and enjoyment of working with people

Tasks:

ERP-based quotation creation
- ERP-based order processing for our customers
- Direct customer contact as first point of contact
- Central interface for all customer inquiries and requirements
