    Based in Mentor, Ohio, RWB is the go-to source for premium pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, and more. They distribute products through well-known brands like JE Pistons, Wiseco Performance Products, K1 Technologies, and others across different regions.

    Job Title: Product Development Manager for Rekluse Brand
    Location: Boise, Idaho

    Summary:
    This role at Race Winning Brands (RWB) involves managing the growth of the Rekluse brand and collaborating with the Research and Development (R&D) Team. You'll be in charge of product formulations, overseeing raw materials, and working with Sales to enhance the brand's Business Plan. This position offers high visibility and plays a vital role in shaping the company's future.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Develop product strategy documents for creating customer-desired products
    - Drive product innovation and improvement initiatives in alignment with Engineering
    - Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
    - Maintain and update product data, including fitment details
    - Coordinate new product releases with various teams for on-time delivery
    - Collaborate with Sales to achieve product objectives and enhance customer experience
    - Gather customer feedback for product enhancement
    - Define product marketing communication objectives and provide necessary analysis

    KEY COMPETENCIES:
    - Lead product development projects for Rekluse brand
    - Support the innovation pipeline with the product development team
    - Create long-term product development strategy in consultation with key stakeholders

    Requirements:
    Minimum Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field, or equivalent experience
    - 4+ years of product management experience including 2+ years in the Powersports industry
    - Proficiency in MS Office programs and excellent communication skills
    - Technical knowledge of motorcycle products and accessories
