Your qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician or mechatronics technician, preferably with additional training as a technician or master.
  • Proven experience in mechanical and plant engineering, as well as knowledge of drives and controls (preferably Siemens).
  • You possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a solution-oriented mindset. You are also flexible, resilient, and reliable.
  • You have a structured, independent, and meticulous work style.
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in English.

A day in your life at our company

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers and dealers, providing competent support and technical advice on our machines.
  • You will analyze error reports, diagnose issues, and handle complaints on a daily basis.
