Business administration. How to manage and control business processes from a business perspective, what is cost and performance accounting, and how to create an offer or plan your personnel? You will learn all of this during your apprenticeship. In addition to your practical training with us in Kempten and Altusried in the Allgäu region, you will also attend vocational school in Kempten.

• Work in all commercial areas of the company: (milk) procurement and sales, production, marketing, administration, as well as quality, accounting, and human resources

• Planning, monitoring, and implementation of commercial activities in our teams and in cross-departmental projects

• Assessment of the impact of work processes on other functional areas

• Learning persuasive presentation techniques and business correspondence, written and over the phone
