Tasks

  • Customer acquisition (inbound and outbound) of participants (executives and decisionmakers) from Germany and abroad for conferences over the phone
  • Account management
  • Building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
  • Independent market research and segmentation, conducting negotiations
  • Project management and independent work in a team with a strong feedback culture
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously from different industries
  • Communication with other departments as part of the project team
Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and very good English
  • Commitment, creativity, solutionoriented work and a willingness to approach people
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for sales and high selfmotivation
  • Willingness to dive into different industries
  • Quick comprehension
  • Resultsdriven work and a sense of profitability
  • Previous sales experience (B2B) is an advantage
