We are looking for you


To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Deputy Nursing Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring service and deployment planning from a nursing, personnel, and economic perspective
  • Personnel management, planning, and development
  • Acquiring new customers, providing qualified nursing advice, and conducting initial visits
  • Communication with clients, family members, and employees
  • Representing the outpatient care service and coordinating collaboration with partner organizations

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
  • Good communication skills when dealing with employees, clients, and their family members
  • Ability to think and act independently and economically
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Diligence, commitment, and reliability
