    Description


    Insight Global is seeking an Associate Director of Agile Practices to join a global leader in the Veterinary Diagnostics space, headquartered in Portland, Maine.

    This company is driven to enhance the health and well being of pets with highly innovative products and services.

    As Associate Director of Agile Practices, this induvial will be tasked with scaling and shaping global agile strategy throughout the R&D division, focusing on sustainable improvement in the ability to deliver quality software.

    On a day-to-day basis, this individual will work with their Director peer group to shape the global agile strategy, develop the existing agile practice team, and manage key performance and metrics for the software process.

    Additional responsibilities include working with Product Owners and Product Managers, collaborate with technical Directors, drive engagement and buy-in around the agile process, and communicate with various stakeholders within the organization.

    Qualified candidates will have at least 15 years of experience, at least 5 years of experience within management, deep understanding of a software organization from experience working as a developer, tester, product owner, etc.

    Additionally, we are targeting someone who has experience with experience scaling Agile within an enterprise environment. We are looking for folks who are able to articulate and

    clearly describe the impact they have made in prior roles, as it relates to scaling Agile.

    This is a hybrid position, as it is important to build and foster in-person relationships within the organization. Proximity to Westbrook, Maine is required.

    Experience working in the medical industry.
    * 15+ years of experience working in enterprise-level companies, developing agile-at-scale

    processes and models.

    * 5+ years of recent management experience (preferably managing multiple teams).


    • Technical background, with hands-on experience as a Developer, Tester, Product Owner, or
    other related position.


    • Exceptional communication, with the ability to work with individual stakeholders, to C-Suite
    individuals.


    • Experience managing a multi-million dollar budget
