Kitchen Supervisor


Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Coordinate and complete tasks
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure adherence to company standards
• Train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and safety procedures
• Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
• Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation
