    We are partnered with a well-established construction company.

    Our client, with over 20 years in the business, is a medium-sized commercial construction company with room for growth and advancement.

    If you're passionate about construction estimating and want to be a part of a dynamic team, this position is perfect for you.

    Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

    • Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information for the estimates
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather relevant data and identify potential risks or issues
    • Analyze and evaluate bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
    Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to develop cost estimates

    • Create and maintain a database of cost information for future reference
    • Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process
    • Assist in negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
    5+ years of experience in construction estimating

    • Proficient in using construction estimating software and tools
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes
    • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications accurately
