    Summary:

    This position will have responsibility of supporting the HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition teams with administrative on-boarding and off-boarding tasks, as well as assisting in the management of day-to-day employment activities. This position will also assist with special projects as needed.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support the Human Resources department with various administrative, project, and day to day processes.
    • Assist with the preparation and execution of new employee orientation.
    • Complete the I-9 process for local new hires including uploading I-9 documentation and completing eVerify in Tracker I-9
    • Assist HR Generalists with answering manager and employee questions by assisting with the resolve of policy, verification of employment, payroll, On-Boarding, and benefit questions
    • Special projects which require the management of large data sets, coordination with HRIS team, and written/verbal communication
    • Coordinate with HRIS teams to run reports for HR Generalists
    • Complete electronic paperwork for transfers, promos, supervisory changes, salary adjustments, terms, costing, etc. as needed
    • Administer changes, adjustments, or review information in eTime
    • Assist the Organizational Department with various program support needs.
    • Process invoices for the Talent Acquisition & Compensation Departments
    • Coordinate with HRIS teams to run reports for HR Generalists
    • General administrative assistance to HR Generalists - expense reports, invoices payments, ordering office supplies, mail, assist with visitor badges and escorting guests
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition with interview scheduling and general administrative assistance
    Required Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required of the position
    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
    • 2-5 years of administrative experience in HR supporting a large team in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
    • Demonstrated proficiency with managing a heavy workload
    • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Must be able to perform various formulas in Excel
    • Knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
    • Previous experience working with PeopleSoft and Taleo preferred
    • Must be flexible to changing work and priorities and able to take direction from multiple managers
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong communication skills
    Working Conditions:

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
    • Usually, normal office working conditions.
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
    • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
