- Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documentation, processing, and communicate changes.
- Participate in data control, collection and preparation of metrics and reports.
- Review agreements and related correspondence for consistency with policies and regulations.
- Assist and facilitate the development and implementation of communication strategies to facilitate the negotiation and execution of contracts.
- Serve as both internal and external central contact including represent the department at various meetings/events and provide information/answers to questions.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- At least two (2) years administrative or database management experience. Required

- Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
