    • ConstructionDo you have a passion for applying your electrical engineering expertise to world class construction projects? Head is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer for a leading engineering firm.
    This is a direct hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, with generous relocation assistance available.

    The role can be based in one of our Client's locations:
    Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle

    The Opportunity:


    As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional electrical engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects.

    You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to develop detailed designs, specifications, and reports. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team.


    RequirementsMust Have Qualifications:

    8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design for building services and construction (with a focus on large-scale projects in sectors like Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and Stadiums).Experience working on projects in the state of California.

    Proficiency in electrical design software like Revit.
    Familiarity with computational analysis tools for electrical fault analysis and lighting design.
    Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions to clients at all levels.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload effectively and meeting deadlines.


    Nice to Have Qualifications:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (or a related field).Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
    LEED AP accreditation.

    Up to 15 years of total professional experience (with a preference for candidates who have seen projects through to completion).Experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
