- Run daily integration imports.
- Answer and respond to requests for assistance from users experiencing problems related to applications.
- Assist with Student Billing including running charges, setting up charges, and adjusting batches.
- Create and modify reports using SQL and Infomaker.
- Provide support to enterprise administrative systems and databases including but not limited to Jenzabar One, Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS), PowerFAIDS, Blackboard, Slate, Starfish, and other applications that may integrate with the administrative and academic systems.
- Develop, support, and troubleshoot integration solutions between enterprise administrative systems and third-party applications or services. Identify and resolve database and application related issues.
- On-Call rotation
- Assist the Applications team with any additional tasks.
- Assist with IT related projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge of report writing in computer software applications. Experience with higher education software systems such as Jenzabar EX, Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS), PowerFAIDS is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and database structures (i.e. scripting)
- Experience with reporting tools.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Knowledge or experience with data integration tools, desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of various levels.

A Graduate Assistant at Lakeland University will receive 100% tuition remission to any Lakeland University Graduate Program and a semi-monthly stipend while gaining meaningful work experience.

*Admission Requirement:
A Graduate Assistant appointment is contingent upon the completion of the requirements for a bachelor's degree and providing evidence of that degree to the University prior to the confirmation of admission to a Lakeland University graduate program. An appointment will only be granted with a fully accepted admission into a Lakeland University graduate program.
**Additional contract terms will be provided and required.
