    Location: Boyertown, Pennsylvania

    Duration: June 24th to August 1st

    Commitment: Seasonal (ESY program)

    Description: We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists for our Extended School Year (ESY) program in Boyertown, PA. This short-term opportunity is ideal for OTs who are looking to impact student lives during the summer. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing the occupational skills of students during the break, ensuring they return to the new school year ready to succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess student needs and implement occupational therapy interventions during the ESY period.
    • Work collaboratively with a team of educators and other therapists to plan and execute therapy programs.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve maximum effectiveness.
    • Engage with parents and caregivers to support therapeutic goals at home.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current OT license in Pennsylvania.
    • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings, especially with summer programs or ESY, is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and families.
