    Soccer Shots - North Central PA is currently seeking a dedicated part-time soccer coach to work with young children between the ages of 2 and 8.

This position is ideal for individuals with availability on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during April and May.

    The Role:

    • Bring Soccer Island to life with your energy and creativity.
    • Conduct engaging soccer sessions for children aged 2 to 8, including setting up and dismantling the playing area.
    • Promote character development through positive reinforcement and by setting a good example.
    • Implement Soccer Shots' curriculum and teaching techniques focusing on early childhood development in each session.
    • Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
    • Adhere to all safety and attendance guidelines at the session locations.
    • Effectively communicate with families, caregivers, and educators.

    Qualifications:

    • No previous sports or coaching experience necessary.
    • A genuine love for working with children and sports.
    • High energy levels, engaging personality, and reliability.
    • Strong commitment to safety.
    • Ability to adjust to the requirements of children aged 2 to 8.
    • Access to dependable transportation.
    • Capable of standing, jogging, and demonstrating children's soccer skills.
    • Coaches must possess or be willing to obtain state-mandated clearances.
