    Description

    We are looking for a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant' is responsible for providing exceptional service in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area.

    Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities:

    • Assembling the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
    • Light preparation such as heating up eggs, meat and preparing oatmeal
    • Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.
    • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming which includes wearing the proper uniform.
    • Clear, clean and reset tables/breakfast area
    • Wash dishes , restock dishes, glassware, utensils, etc..
    • Clean kitchen, prep area, including sweeping, mopping floors, washing tables, removal of trash
    • Answer questions about the hotel and the local area attractions
    • Perform any other duties assigned and requested by management
    • Hours are approximately 5am to 10:30am weekday, 6am to 1130am weekends
    • Current position is 2 -3 days weekly (currently Monday & Tuesday and occasional Saturdays and Sundays)
    Breakfast Attendant Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a similar role.
    • Sound knowledge of food safety guidelines.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Friendly, service-driven disposition.
    • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
    • Shift begins at 5am weekdays and 6am weekends.
