We are currently looking for a Cook (m/f/d) to join our café-restaurant/hotel in Madison.

About Us

Café-Hotel Greinwald, Marktoberdorf

We are a family-owned, traditional café-restaurant and hotel located in the center of Marktoberdorf.

The heart of our business is our café-restaurant, a popular meeting place for people of all ages. Here, we offer our guests breakfast, brunch, lunch, specialty coffees, as well as delicious cakes, pastries, ice cream, and chocolates from our in-house bakery.

In addition, we offer our guests 18 modern and comfortable rooms. All rooms have recently been newly built or renovated, providing a high standard with upscale furnishings and amenities.

Responsibilities:

Planning, preparation, and cooking of meals

Planning of daily changing lunch menu

Purchasing/ordering of ingredients

Implementation and adherence to quality standards

Cleaning of work area and kitchen utensils

Implementation and monitoring of hygiene regulations

Implementation and adherence to HACCP guidelines
