Description

Tasks:

  • Analyze existing processes and tools and improve them towards an integrated and standardized development environment
  • Ensure that customer requirements are correctly and fully implemented into the aircraft's Avionics
  • Responsible for two of the most important mission computers in the aircraft
  • Identify errors early on to support system and software designers and prepare software qualification in accordance with air law

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation & Aerospace, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in engineering or IT/Information Systems
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience in developing embedded, safety-critical systems, preferably with knowledge of DO178, V-Modell, EASA Part 21J, ZDv 1525A, or ISO26262
  • Knowledge of Aviation/Avionics is a plus
  • Fluency in German (B1/B2 level) and business English
  • Ability to work agile and flexible in small teams
  • Autonomous and precise work style with openness to agile software engineering
