    Job Description

    Main Purpose:
    Through subordinate managers, directs production, sales & operations for multiple facilities in an assigned area while exploring new markets for growth.

    May be based in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

    Internal
    • Assigned Division/Branch Managers, Area General Manager, Regional Vice Presidents
    • Sales
    • Corporate Office Managers
    External
    • Existing & potential customer base
    • Industry Associations

    Specific Role Responsibilities:
    • Develop operations plans and oversee activities to achieve construction goals.
    • Direct (through managers) sales, field, and administrative staff for optimal resource usage.
    • Analyze financial reports to enhance profitability.
    • Approve requisitions within budget limits.
    • Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
    • Train and develop staff.
    • Coordinate with other managers for efficient operations.
    • Additional responsibilities as directed by executives.

    Job Requirements
    • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry
    • Minimum 8 years supervisory experience
    • Advanced understanding of production methods
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Proficient in business development, marketing, and sales
    • Union Labor Relations knowledge
    • Sales & Marketing
    • Basic knowledge in financials, budget analysis, and construction accounting
    • Human Resources skills
    • Construction Math
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Pass pre-employment and random substance screening
