YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate strong personal relationships with VIP players to increase loyalty, revenue, and overall player experience.
- Respond to VIP players' inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and execute campaigns to maintain a high retention rate for VIP players, working closely with the CRM team to coordinate these efforts and implement new segmentation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize communication with VIP players.
- Personalize communication, offers, and treatment for VIP players.
- Stay uptodate with procedures and policies.
- Keep VIP players informed about casino games, products, and relevant bonuses and promotions.
- Complete adhoc tasks and projects as needed.
MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 1 year of handson experience in VIP, Account Management, Retention, or Operations, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
- Fluent in English and native or nearnative proficiency in written and spoken Brazilian Portuguese.
