    What does the job consist?:

    Dans un environnement innovant, nous recherchons un ou une Product Manager afin de concevoir et danimer la stratgie dun portefeuille de nouveaux produits bass sur des matriaux pizo-lectriques. Vritable Chef dOrchestre, vous managez lintgralit du cycle de vie
    produit dans toutes ses phases, de la gense du projet la maturit complte : le besoin du client est au centre de vos proccupations.
    En relation avec nos Field Application Engineers, nos Product Designers, nos quipes Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Vente et Marketing, vous traduisez les besoins de nos clients, vous dfinissez et animez les road maps associes en assurant un quilibre qualit-cot- dlais pertinent.

    Votre vision des volutions technologiques de nos marchs, vos connaissances des matriaux pizo-lectriques, des innovations en matire de rsonateurs acoustiques et des composants RF, vous permettent de mettre en relation les proprits des matriaux et des structures couches minces avec celles des composants finaux et des applications dveloppes et ainsi initier des partenariats sur des enjeux innovants avec nos clients.

    Vous conjuguez hauteur de vue en matire de gestion de projets, dynamisme relationnel et capacit travailler en relation troite avec les diffrents acteurs en interne. Reconnu pour votre leadership technique et relationnel, vous avez une vision stratgique des enjeux
    et proposez, avec nos Techno-managers, de nouveaux axes sur le plan technologique. Vous contribuez apporter de la crativit et de lagilit notre organisation.

    Vous lavez compris, cette fonction require enthousiasme, expertise technique, talent relationnel, et un sens pointu du rsultat oprationnel et financier.

    Requirements & qualifications:

    De formation Bac +5, vous avez une exprience significative de 8 10 ans dans lindustrie du semi-conducteur et /ou des composants RF lectro-acoustiques, dans des fonctions qui requirent relation client, expertise en gestion de projets, dfinition et gestion des road maps
    et des cycles de vie dun produit.

    Vos qualits relationnelles et vos comptences techniques, votre matrise de langlais vous permettent danimer en transverse des quipes
    pluridisciplinaires. Vous tes laise et agile avec des acteur et actrices de haut niveau linternational sur des sujets techniques innovants et vous aimez aller au-devant de nos clients. Vous savez transformer une demande client en un partenariat durable o chaque partie sera convaincue de lintrt technologique et conomique faire route ensemble.

    Votre got pour les enjeux oprationnels, linnovation, les technologies, votre leadership, votre aisance relationnelle, vous permettront de manager avec brio les partenariats que vous initierez en interne comme en externe
