- Perform daily security operations to monitor the environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security systems and operations.
- Perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications and security systems.
- Research, recommend, evaluate and implement information security solutions that identify and/or protect against potential threats, and respond to security violations.
- Participate in infrastructure projects to develop, plan and implement specifications for network and distributed security technologies.
- Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
- This position will offer a blend of on-site at our corporate office and remote from home.
- Full-time student pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, information security or other similarly related field.
- Knowledge of basic concepts in networking, software development or information technology systems with some hands-on experience preferred.
- Interest in information security.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer rapport and listening.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
