- Crimping, wire stripping, cabling
- Rework/repair of customer products
- Use of power/hand tools such as Torque driver.
- May work under microscope when required.
- Experience assembling to medical standards a plus
- Able to strip and crimp wires
- Able to read and understand schematic drawings, color code and components ID
- Board level mechanical and system level assembly experience
- Manual dexterity skills, mechanical assembly, (hardware, screws, washers, etc.)
- Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction.
- Experience of Mechanical Assembly, electronic sub-assemblies & system integration a plus
- Experience and knowledge of Box Build, electronic sub-assemblies & system integration
- Be able to lift 15-30 pounds.
- Assembly experience with PCB's
- Soldering experience, a plus
- Touch up and Re-work Thru Hole and SMT boards a plus
- Proficient with PC-based software including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.
- Knowledge of ISO procedures and the ability to maintain quality records and execute ISO activities
- Work Center specific training on tools, equipment and processes/procedures (Technician, SMT, Electro-mechanical & THT)
