- Working on small components under a microscope.
- Assemble and disassemble units as necessary and perform rework or repair on units.
- Ball bonding, wedge bonding, ribbon bonding, gap welding, die attaching and hand-soldering. J-standard solder certification is preferred.
- Candidates must also be able to assemble and hook up amplifiers and sub-assemblies.
- Must have at least 5 years' experience working on RF amplifiers.
- Must be proficient in ball bonding, wedge bonding, die attaching, and gap welding.
- High school or equivalent required.
- Schedule (Monday-Friday 3:45PM - 12:15AM)
- US person.

Job Description

Salary Range:
$59,400.00-$79,
