Metal Technology Specialist (m/f/d) - Construction Technology

Overview

As a metal technology specialist in the field of construction technology, you will process and work with sheets, pipes, and profiles to create custom constructions of all kinds. You will manufacture the individual parts of these constructions by cutting, bending, and drilling sheets to size. You will prepare the workpieces and process them through forming and cutting. Using appropriate thermal joining methods (TIG, MIG, oxy-fuel welding), you will assemble various components. Additionally, you will plan the assembly of metal constructions and install them according to plans, guidelines, and inspection regulations.

  • Requirements: good secondary school leaving certificate; intermediate school leaving certificate

During your two-year training, a combination of vocational school and practical training will prepare you for your future career. Based on an in-house training plan, you will rotate through different departments. In addition, we offer in-house, vocational school-accompanying lessons (including English) to prepare you for exams and your future career.
