    Job Summary

    As a Program Manager, your primary responsibilities include aligning projects with business objectives, creating detailed work plans, leading teams, achieving milestones, and effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders. A successful Program Manager is able to bring out the best in both people and projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead large, complex projects and programs, ensuring deliverables are met throughout the project lifecycle
    • Develop and manage project schedules to stay on track with budget and scope
    • Monitor project health indicators and facilitate resolutions when necessary
    • Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking skills
    • Ensure accountability across all workstreams and departments
    • Proactively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
    • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
    • Drive integrated planning and collaboration across teams
    • Analyze and resolve issues to accelerate project success
    • Manage resources effectively and adjust schedules as needed
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
    • Adapt communication style based on audience needs
    • Work under the general direction of senior management

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Computer Science or equivalent

    Experience: 8-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
