Our highly motivated Brand Merchandising team for BOSS Womenswear is excited to meet you

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing the collection framework and overseeing the entire collection development process for specific key product groups within BOSS Womenswear Casual
  • Conducting productdriven analyses and gathering market feedback, while monitoring important KPIs
  • Managing pricing and positioning for the designated product groups on a global scale
  • Proactively translating commercial product requirements into product development
  • Collaborating with the Creative, Technical Design, and Procurement teams throughout the collection development process for the assigned product groups
  • Assisting in the growth and expansion of BOSS Womenswear
  • Creating global assortment proposals across all channels to increase efficiency in the collection development process

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or textile management
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Brand Management or Merchandise Management)
  • Strong analytical and quick comprehension skills
  • Excellent understanding of economic relationships
  • Confident, open
