    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dayforce Project Manager to join our fast growing team at Adaptalytics.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing multiple projects at a time for our wide array of clients.

    The Dayforce Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of Dayforce solutions, meeting project timelines, tracking to project milestones, creating and managing project plans, and exceeding client expectations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Execution:
    Lead end-to-end project management for Dayforce HCM implementations, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
    Work with Adaptalytics resources to create and manage project plans in Smartsheet for each client assigned. Track to project plans and

    milestone/deliverables.

    Ensure all deliverables are met in accordance with scope of work.


    Stakeholder Communication:


    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.

    Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and priorities.
    Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Configuration and Customization:
    Oversee the configuration and customization of Dayforce modules to meet client-specific requirements, working closely with technical consultants and developers.


    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
    Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics to track project KPIs and evaluate success against predefined goals.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically with Dayforce implementations.
    Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
    Strong understanding of Dayforce HCM platform

    and modules, including WFM, HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Benefits.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
