- Accounting
- Record financial transactions using accounting software
- Maintain precise records of financial activities such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, which includes preparing necessary journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Conduct basic financial analysis and generate supporting schedules
- Input customer orders accurately and promptly into our order management system
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Keep track of inventory levels and cooperate with the inventory management department to ensure adequate stock availability
- Aid other finance team members with miscellaneous projects and duties as required
- Administrative
- Supervise office facilities to ensure proper maintenance
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Organize office meetings and events, including scheduling, drafting agendas, and arranging logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and digital
- Establish and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist other departments or teams with administrative assignments when necessary
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in technology with the capacity to adapt to new software and tools
- Part or full-time role with standard business hours
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Potential for occasional overtime during busy periods
