    Independent Insurance Agency in the Miami area is looking for an experienced Individual who has worked in any type of Property & Casualty lines.

    • No sales involved
    • Coordinate client payments and cancellations
    • Liaise between clients, sales representatives, and other staff members to develop solutions to client issues
    • Manage customer service inquiries via telephone
    • Facilitate communication between all parties to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
    • Monitor and maintain client information in software systems
    • Utilize strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and stay current on industry trends
    • Demonstrate effective telephone customer service skills
    Compensation:

    $18 - $20 Hour

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating client payments and cancellations is one of the key responsibilities of the 440 Licensed Customer Service Representative in Miami, FL, US.
    • The representative is expected to liaise between clients, sales representatives, and other staff members to develop solutions to client issues.
    • Managing customer service inquiries via telephone is another important task for the representative.
    • Facilitating communication between all parties involved to resolve issues quickly and efficiently is a crucial responsibility.
    • It is essential for the representative to monitor and maintain client information in software systems.
    • Providing support with Commercial line experience is a requirement for this role.
    • Strong computer skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and Excel, are necessary for the representative to effectively perform their duties.
    • The representative should demonstrate the ability to work independently and stay current on industry trends.
    • Effective telephone customer service skills are expected from the representative.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience in Insurance and billing is a Plus
