    Warehouse Manager

    Description **A1 Garage Door Service**, the industry leader in garage door installation and repair,

    seeks a WarehouseManager

    Warehouse Manager is responsible for the movement and production of parts not only within the warehouse but to other valley-wide locations. Other duties include but are not limited to: Organization of weekly load outs, Restocking activities, Routine maintenance of working areas.

    Full Time Employment

    $50,000 - $60,000 Salary

    **Job Responsibilities**

    Direct responsibility for daily operations of the Warehouse.

    Lead and supervise the training and development of Warehouse employees.

    Hire, coach, mentor Warehouse personnel.

    Monitor individual and team performance and provide feedback for improvements.

    Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management

    Receive and unload incoming product while verifying accuracy of shipment and inspection for damages, loss, or defects

    Maintain product, tools, equipment, and work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner

    Perform inventory control

    Ability to operate a computer

    Organize space in the warehouse and perform and oversee cleaning duties

    Work with warehouse and transportation staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

    Ensure that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions

    Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:

    Mechanical aptitude, including skill in using a variety of hand and power tools, accurately reading a tape measure, and interpreting equipment manuals

    Strong computer skills, be able to quickly learn new software and be comfortable working on a tablet

    Physically able to move items weighing lbs. and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods

    Prior professional experience working in the garage door industry is beneficial but not required

    **Experience**:

    Managment/Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)

    **Background Check Statement**

    A1 Garage Door Services conducts pre-employment screening for all positions which includes a criminal background check, drug screen, clean driving record.

    A1 Garage Door Service is a drug-free workplace. A pre-employment drug test must be negative regardless of whether you live, test or plan to work in an area that permits legalized use of marijuana for either medical or recreational purposes. A criminal background check must also be cleared.

    Employment is contingent upon successful passing of the background check.
