    Role Overview:


    As a Contract Paid Ad Specialist at Aprés Nail, you will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of paid search and display advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.

    Your role will be crucial in reaching our target audience and driving conversions through effective audience targeting, keyword research, and creative development.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management:

    • Develop, launch, and manage paid search and display advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

    Audience Targeting:

    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audience demographics, interests, and online behavior.
    • Develop targeted advertising strategies to reach the most relevant consumers.

    Keyword Research & Bidding:

    • Utilize keyword research tools to identify high-volume, relevant keywords.
    • Develop effective bidding strategies to maximize campaign reach and cost-efficiency.

    Creative Development:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with target audiences.
    • A/B test ad variations to identify top-performing creatives and copy.

    Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    • Continuously monitor campaign performance through key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.).
    • Analyze data and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

    Stay Ahead of the Curve:

    • Remain up to date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
    • Explore new platforms and strategies to maximize advertising effectiveness.

    Collaboration with Team:

    • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between paid advertising efforts and overall marketing goals.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Knowledge of A/B testing and creative optimization.
    • Hourly pay range: $44.47 to $46.15
