    Description
    Traffic Flow Analyst

    Tailored Brands

    We are best known by our brands, including Men's Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, K&G Fashion Superstore, and Moores Clothing in Canada.
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Analyze & understand expected Purchase Order (PO's) volume for the week/month
    Requires daily coordinating with cross-functional teams: Merch, Production, Logistics, DC's
    Reporting & Forecasting PO Receipts $ for current month & 6 months outlook
    Coordinate with DC's on priority PO's & spikes in demand for labor planning
    Coordinate with International Shipping Managers who work closely with overseas factories
    Build & Report weekly Work In Progress (WIP) report to ensure PO's in correct stages
    Monitor & track monthly containers & TEU's by Country/Lane
    Communicate with Freight Forwarders (FF) to ensure PO's moved from Ports to DC's
    SME for ensuring PO's are available in FF database so factories can request bookings
    Study late release vendors & coordinate with buyers to improve performance
    Coordinate with buyers on expediting late purchase orders
    Identify opportunities & revise work flow processes to increase efficiency
    Identify trends and/or process improvements & recommend solutions to management
    Research industry best practices / benchmarks to understand other areas of opportunity
    Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager

    Data Analyst Requirements & Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in business, communication or related field from an accredited university
    Minimum 2 years' experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint...)
    Medium to Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, SumIfs, CountIfs, Dashboards, Conditional Formatting, Removing Duplicates, VBA Macros) – onsite testing
    Experience with Project44 or in Supply Chain Fulfillment, Retail Distribution Mgmt., Logistics, Ocean Booking process, and/or Supply Chain Center of Excellence a plus
    High-level written & verbal communication skills
    Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
    Detail-oriented with strong organization skills

    Mental Demands:
    Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
    Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
    Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally
    Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
