- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Implement approved process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
- Collaborate with Human Assets to cultivate an environment of integrity, trust, inclusivity, and productivity
- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee leadership
- Ability to optimize structures and roles for faster adaptation to changing business demands
- Ten or more years in a senior operations leadership role
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional achievements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
- Experience in developing budgets and business plans
- Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
- Proficient in MS Office, data analysis, performance metrics, and using business management software such as ERP Siteline
- In-depth understanding of various business functions and principles, including supply chain, finance, customer service, etc
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

WHAT IS E-VERIFY?
E-Verify is an Internet-based system that compares information entered by an employer from an employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to records available to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration to confirm employment eligibility.
E-Verify is administered by SSA and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Compensation:$100,000 - $115,000 yearly
