    Une attitude positive avec 3 ans de compétences éprouvées en gestion et en leadership.
    Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
    Expérience dans le domaine du transport de préférence.
    Expérience opérationnelle.
    Capacité à encadrer et à donner des directives aux employés.
    Excellentes compétences en matière de prise de décision et capacité à suivre la politique et les procédures de l'entreprise.
    Connaissances informatiques, en particulier des programmes Excel, Windows et Outlook.
    Compréhension du calcul des coûts, de la budgétisation et des rapports sur le compte de résultat, de préférence.
    Compétences en matière d'organisation, de gestion du temps et de résolution des problèmes.
    Honnête et digne de confiance.
    Responsabilités
    Responsable de la gestion, du suivi et de la supervision de tous les aspects de l'exploitation du terminal.
    Il est responsable de l'embauche, des licenciements et des évaluations annuelles des performances.
    Déplacer le fret conformément aux calendriers de livraison et aux heures de rendez-vous.
    Veiller à ce que les installations soient maintenues à un niveau acceptable, ce qui inclut les cours, les aires de lavage et le service d'entretien.
    Communiquer étroitement avec tous les services pour s'assurer que les problèmes sont résolus.
    Recommander des changements et attirer l'attention du superviseur sur les problèmes éventuels. Analyser les voies, la rentabilité, les calendriers de livraison, le coût du terminal, etc.
    Surveiller tous les équipements, y compris les équipements électriques, les remorques et les équipements de manutention des quais.
    Responsable de la formation et de l'orientation des employés.
    Planifier, contrôler et maintenir les horaires des employés, les congés, les vacances, les heures supplémentaires, etc.
    Enquêter sur les accidents et les réclamations, le cas échéant.
    Veiller à ce que l'ensemble du personnel d'encadrement et de gestion favorise et encourage un environnement de travail positif et respectueux.
    Maintenir le terminal dans le cadre de la déclaration de mission de l'entreprise.
    Toutes les autres tâches requises.
