What you'll do

  • Create regular reports on headcount and finances for stakeholders at various levels within the organization
  • Collaborate with multiple international business units to manage headcount requisitions as the main point of contact
  • Maintain accurate records of all headcount requests as a single source of truth
  • Work on various operationsrelated projects across different teams within the COO organization

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in economics, business administration, controlling, or a related field
  • Interest in the relationship between financial constraints and hiring processes within an organization
  • Detailoriented, openminded, communicative, selfmotivated, reliable, and independent
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of their status
  • Willingness to work with US time zones
  • Basic understanding of financial planning in organizations (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
