Customer Service Representative - Customer Care DACH (m/w/d) - Hayti, SD

About the Position:


For our Business Unit Professional Hygiene, with the global brand Tork, we are looking for a
Customer Service Representative DACH (m/w/d) to join our Customer Care team in
Mannheim on
February 1, 2023.

This position is
full-time and
temporary for 2 years as a parental leave replacement.

In this role, you will report to the Team Leader of Customer Care DACH.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing price, product data, and general customer inquiries
  • Coordinating and managing tenders
  • Creating and tracking offers
  • Reviewing and creating framework agreements, condition agreements, and billing files/delivery
